Effective October November 14th, 2009- new members will need to be approved before they are able to click on ads
New members will need to be active for 30 days before they can request the free upgrade and they must earn 5 cents and 50
points in personal earnings before they can use the 5 cent and 50 points signup bonuses.
Effective October 4th, 2009. Countryfolksptr will only be allowing new signups
from the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands,
New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom & United States.
By signing up and actively using the
countryfolksptr.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
countryfolksptr.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement
and impose changes, prior notification will be given of any changes to the TOS. Affiliates will
be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an admin message
countryfolksptr.com. If you unhappy with any changes in the terms, I encourage you to contact me and share your concerns.
I can't guarantee that any action will be taken to reverse said changes however I am willing to listen
and consider your concerns. I am always open to suggestions
New members must login and click a link within 7 days of joining

Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by
local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing
countryfolksptr.com account.
You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your
countryfolksptr.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use
your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by
countryfolksptr.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any
solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving
credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with
countryfolksptr.com. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from
countryfolksptr.com. limited to no more than (100) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from
countryfolksptr.com, you will be switched to inbox only. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
You must remain an active member. To be an active member you must log in
and click at least one link in a 30 day period. Accounts showing 30 days inactivity
will be terminated.
You may not sell your account under any circumstances
Relationship of the Parties:
You and
countryfolksptr.com
are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship
between you and
countryfolksptr.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or
make any representations on behalf of
countryfolksptr.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would
contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting
and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
countryfolksptr.com
will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or
countryfolksptr.com
program, even if
countryfolksptr.com
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
countryfolksptr.com
aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of
the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of
this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
countryfolksptr.com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the
countryfolksptr.com
program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by
countryfolksptr.com.
countryfolksptr.com
will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by
countryfolksptr.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after. Payments are made through Paypal and alertpay or you may choose to redeem your earnings. Other payment systems may be considered in the future and members will be notified of any changes
Effective November 15th, 2009- free members may request payout once a month and may only request $5.00 at a time.
Upgraded members may only request twice in a month and only request a maximum of $7.50 at a time.
Cheating
Cheating will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of your account.
Instances of cheating are as follows
Using automated software
Gibberish or false information in profile
Clicking all bad keywords
Clicking more than 3 cheat links
Failing more than 3 English tests
Use of a Proxy
Clicking more than 10 wrong turing numbers in a month
clicking keyword "search ads- tiers 1 and 2" when not from a tier 1 or 2 country
Site Closure
countryfolksptr.com will never be sold or given away as I would never wish for
countryfolksptr.com to end up in the wrong hands. If I decide to close
countryfolksptr.com I will first notify the members and shut down the advertising and redemption
pages. Any current ads will be allowed to run out and points will be converted to cash at a low rate. I will then begin to make payments to all members
who have more than $0.01 in their account. When the last member is paid out I will then close the site.
Forums
If you unhappy with countryfolksptr or feel you have been wronged I would ask that you come see
me first before going to the forums so that we might have a chance to work things out. That being
said no member of Countryfolksptr will ever be terminated for what they say in the forums.
If you choose to lie about this site however I will not only defend myself but other members
of this site will be encouraged to do the same.
PTP and Affiliate Page Features
Members must earn 10 cents for every dollar they make using the ptp or affiliate page features in order to get paid.
Ads
If you purchase or redeem your earnings for an ad or win an ad please give me up to 48 hours to process it. If after that
time your ad has not been processed you are welcome to contact me. I try to process ads as quickly as possible but there
is always a chance it may have been overlooked. After the ad has been processed I encourage you to check the ad for mistakes, and contact me with the corrections if there are any errors. If you have an ad running and the site being advertised closes or is added to our banlist, you are welcome to submit a replacement. No one should lose out on ads because of closures or bans.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with
countryfolksptr.com
and may result in legal prosecution.
countryfolksptr.com
strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member
caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose
any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming
as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from
the Spamming incident.
countryfolksptr.com
may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for
immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from
the same computer also constitutes fraud.
countryfolksptr.com
will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
